Currently, Chix and Wix is owned and operated by its founders and serves the DC Metro area only. We do not have franchises or partner locations at this time.


That said, we’ve received incredible interest nationwide, and expansion opportunities may be coming in the future.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates. Popular seasons (holidays, spring, fall) often book 6-8 weeks ahead.

  • What if I don't know my final guest count yet?

    You can secure your date with a minimum participant deposit and finalize numbers up to 7 days before your event.

  • How much space do we need?

    We recommend table seating with approximately 2 feet of space per participant. A dining table can typically accommodate 6-8 guests comfortably.

  • Can we serve food and drinks?

    Absolutely! We encourage light refreshments and beverages. We're happy to provide recommendations that complement the candle making experience.

  • Is there an age minimum?

    Our standard parties are designed for adults and young adults (15+). The handling of fragrance oils and hot wax requires a certain level of maturity and coordination.

  • What areas do you serve?

    We service the entire DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area, with home base in Loudoun County. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond a 30-mile radius of Round Hill, Virginia.

  • Can I select specific fragrances for my event?

    Yes! We offer a wide variety of premium fragrance options and can curate a selection that matches your event theme or personal preferences.
